Flower City Angels, Inc. is a Rochester, NY 501(c)(3) charitable organization serving the Monroe, Livingston, and Ontario counties, providing crisis funding to families in need, scholarships to local youth sports programs, and help fund our annual Christmas Tree Sale for Veterans.
